International Seaways, Inc. INSW (the "Company" or "INSW") announced today that it plans to release third quarter 2019 results before market open on Thursday, November 7, 2019.

The Company will host a conference call to discuss its second quarter 2019 results at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on Thursday, November 7, 2019.
