Ameren Announces Pricing of Senior Notes Offering due 2024

ST. LOUIS, Sept. 11, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Ameren Corporation AEE announced today the pricing of a public offering of $450 million aggregate principal amount of 2.50% senior notes due 2024 at 99.967% of their principal amount.  The transaction is expected to close on Sept. 16, 2019.

Ameren intends to use the net proceeds of the offering to repay a portion of its short-term debt.

BNP Paribas Securities Corp., BofA Securities, Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and SMBC Nikko Securities America, Inc. are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
