Acquisition of ASV Holdings, Inc. by Yanmar Closes

ASV Holdings, Inc. ("ASV" or the "Company") ASV, a leading provider of rubber-tracked compact track loaders and wheeled skid steer loaders in the compact construction equipment market, announced today that the previously-announced acquisition of ASV by Yanmar America Corporation, a subsidiary of Yanmar Holdings, LTD., has closed.

The transaction was announced on June 27, 2019 and received approval from ASV stockholders on September 4, 2019. As a result of the completion of the transaction, shares of ASV common stock were removed from listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market, with trading suspended at the close of business today.
