HD Supply Completes Acquisition of Presto Maintenance Supply

ATLANTA , Sept. 03, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- HD Supply Holdings, Inc. HDS, one of the largest industrial distributors in North America, announced today that it has acquired Houston-based Presto Maintenance Supply, a Maintenance, Repair and Operations distribution company. Presto Maintenance Supply primarily serves the Houston metro-area multifamily industry and generated $15 million in sales in 2018. The deal closed on September 1, and terms were not disclosed.
