Cleveland-Cliffs Declares Regular Quarterly and Special Cash Dividend on Common Shares

Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. CLF today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on the Company's common shares of $0.06 per share. In addition to the regular dividend, the Board of Directors also declared a special cash dividend of $0.04 per share, for a total dividend distribution of $0.10 per share.

Both the regular and special cash dividend will be payable on October 15, 2019, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 4, 2019.
