Quorum Health Corporation Provides Update on the Divestiture of a Hospital in California

Quorum Health Corporation QHC today announced that the Pajaro Valley Health Trust has agreed to release the sale of the 106-bed Watsonville Community Hospital in Watsonville, California. The Company will now proceed with the previously announced sale of the hospital pursuant to the definitive agreement with Halsen Healthcare.

The Company now expects the transaction to be complete by the end of the third quarter of 2019, subject to customary approvals and conditions.
