Kore.ai Names Former Citi CAO Don Callahan to its Board

Kore.ai, a leading conversational AI platform provider, today announced that former Citigroup Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) Daniel (Don) Callahan has joined its Board of Directors as a strategic advisor and independent board member with immediate effect.

"Don Callahan is a transformative leader with broad experience in driving strategic change across large global organizations, as well as dealing with multiple stakeholders in local and national governments and regulatory bodies," said Kore.ai Founder and CEO Raj Koneru.

Mr. Callahan was a member of Citi's Operating Committee, where he was responsible for a complex set of business and services spanning more than 100 countries, a multi-billion dollar operating budget and critical systems infrastructure including the bank's cyber security initiatives. He retired from the global bank in December 2018.

Prior to joining Citi in 2007, he held senior positions in IBM Japan, Morgan Stanley, and Credit Suisse.

Mr. Callahan is an outside director of Tata Consultancy Services, Ltd. and WEX, Inc. ((WEX). He is chairman emeritus of the board of trustees of Manhattanville College, serves on the business committee of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the board of the American Red Cross of Greater New York and as a fellow of the Foreign Policy Association.

Mr. Callahan joins Kore.ai's board even as the company recorded 300% growth in bookings in 2018, with the addition of dozens of new Global 2000 enterprise customers.
