RAPID CITY, S.D., July 31, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Black Hills Corp. BKH today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend on the common stock at a meeting held July 31, 2019. Common shareholders of record at the close of business on Aug. 19, 2019, will receive $0.505 per share, payable Sept. 1, 2019.

The company also confirms that it will announce its 2019 second quarter earnings after the market closes on Monday, Aug. 5, and host its second quarter earnings conference call and webcast on Tuesday, Aug. 6, at 11 a.m. EDT.
