AROC ("Archrock") today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.145 per share of common stock, or $0.58 per share on an annualized basis. The second quarter 2019 dividend represents an increase of 10 percent over the first quarter 2019 dividend of $0.132 per share. The dividend will be paid on August 14, 2019 to all stockholders of record on August 7, 2019.

"We remain confident in our ability to maintain dividend coverage of at least 2.0 times, while also reducing our leverage to less than 4.0 times in 2020."
