EQM Midstream Partners Announces Quarterly Distribution

EQM Midstream Partners, LP EQM, declared a quarterly cash distribution of $1.16 per common unit for the second quarter of 2019. The distribution will be paid on August 13, 2019 to all EQM common unitholders of record at the close of business on August 2, 2019.

EQM also declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.9339 per Series A preferred unit for the second quarter of 2019. The distribution amount reflected proration in accordance with EQM's partnership agreement. The distribution will be paid on August 13, 2019 to all Series A preferred unitholders of record at the close of business on August 2, 2019.
