NEW YORK, July 1, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- MainStay MacKay DefinedTerm Municipal Opportunities Fund (the "Fund") MMD today announced monthly dividend distributions of $0.085 per common share for the months of July, August and September 2019. This amount is consistent from the Fund's April, May and June 2019 dividend distribution which was $0.085 per common share.
