Volt Information Sciences Promotes Lori Schultz to Chief Global Solutions Officer

Volt Information Sciences, Inc. ("Volt" or the "Company") (NYSE-AMERICAN: VISI), an international provider of staffing services and managed service programs, today announced the promotion of Lori Schultz to the executive role of Chief Global Solutions Officer.

In her new role, she will add management of the Company's international business segment and its Arctern subsidiary to her responsibilities. Ms. Schultz joined the Company in August 2018 as a Chief Operating Officer managing central and program operations, Volt Consulting Group (Volt's managed service program), Design Technical Services and the Company's IT and engineering staffing business. The scope of her position now expands beyond North America to include Europe, Asia and India.

Ms. Schultz was recently named to SIA's 2018 Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing, a list that honors the most influential women in international staffing. She was recognized because of her undeniable track record of success, collaborating with industry leaders and Fortune 500 companies to develop and implement strategic workforce solutions that fuel growth.

With a career spanning well over twenty-five years in the IT and technical global staffing, managed services and outsourcing solutions sectors of the staffing industry, Ms. Schultz started at Manpower and advanced through the ranks at Adecco, ultimately serving as a Senior Vice President leading two major business units. In 2009, she became Global President of Yoh Services, where she led a successful business transformation which resulted in returning the business to profitability in just one year by improving sales, marketing, and operations. Later, Ms. Schultz served as Senior Vice President, Global Program Management at Pontoon, where she was responsible for Global Management Services, RPO and Statement of Work Solutions.
