MicroPact Named a Washington Post's "Top Workplace" for the 4th Year

Herndon-based software firm recognized in the 2019 annual listing of outstanding employers in the DC-area

The Washington Post bases its Top Workplace list on an independent, confidential survey of employees. The survey, conducted by Energage, asks employees questions related to company alignment, effectiveness, leadership, management, and work/life balance. To make the list, at least 35 percent of a firm's workers must fill out the survey.
