NEW YORK, June 18, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Daxor Corporation DXR, an investment company with innovative medical instrumentation and biotechnology operations focused on blood volume measurement, today announces a new research initiative with a leading hospital in the Southeast using Daxor's BVA-100 blood volume measurement test to help guide the management of surgical blood loss during orthopedic surgery.
