Farmers & Merchants Bancorp, Inc. Declares 2019 Second-Quarter Cash Dividend

ARCHBOLD, Ohio, June 05, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Farmers & Merchants Bancorp, Inc., FMAO the holding company of The Farmers & Merchants State Bank, with assets of approximately $1.5 billion at March 31, 2019, today announced that it has approved the company's quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share.  The second quarter dividend is payable on July 20, 2019, to shareholders of record as of June 17, 2019.
