MAUMEE, Ohio, May 10, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- The Andersons, Inc. ANDE announces a third quarter 2019 cash dividend of 17 cents ($0.17) per share payable on July 22, 2019, to shareholders of record as of July 1, 2019.

This is The Andersons' 91^st consecutive quarterly cash dividend since listing on the Nasdaq on February 20, 1996. There are approximately 32.5 million common shares outstanding.
