Seven Generations Reports Director Election Voting Results

Seven Generations Energy Ltd. VII reports director election voting results from its annual meeting of shareholders held on May 1, 2019 (the "Meeting"), as set forth in the table below. All of the proposed nominees were elected to serve as directors until the next annual meeting of shareholders, or until their successors are duly elected or appointed.

As previously announced, founding Chair Kent Jespersen and directors Kevin Brown, Kaush Rakhit and Jeff van Steenbergen did not stand for re-election at the Meeting. These four directors have played key roles in the conception and evolution of Seven Generations and the company thanks them for their contributions over their many years of service.
