Jefferson Security Bank Announces Special One-time Dividend in Celebration of 150th Anniversary

President and CEO of Jefferson Security Bank JFWV, Cindy Kitner, announced at the Annual Meeting of the Shareholders today, April 24, 2019, the Board of Directors approval of a special one-time dividend in the amount of $0.65 per share. The dividend will be paid on May 17, 2019 to shareholders of record on May 3, 2019. Given the February semi-annual dividend of $0.85 per share, this brings the total dividends declared to $1.50 per share so far this year in honor of our 150^th anniversary on May 19, 2019.
