The filed complaint alleges that during the Class Period defendants misrepresented the number of net postpaid subscriber additions in its Form 10-Q filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC")  for the period ending December 31, 2018. In a subsequent letter to the Federal Communications Commission ("FCC"), Sprint admitted that its Form 10-Q filed with the SEC contained disclosures that were "incomplete," and that the reported net subscriber increases included positive additions that were in reality "free lines."
