TARPON SPRINGS, Fla., April 23, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Thunder Energies Corporation TNRG, announced today the initiation of tests of the Company's HyperCombustion to achieve full combustion of fossil fuels (http://thunder-energies.com/combustion.php).

Dr. R. M. Santilli, Company Chief Scientist, states: "I am pleased to announce that we have initiated tests on our new HyperCombustion following considerable efforts to secure the necessary funds and following the resolution of considerable technical difficulties due to the basic novelty of our combustion. As indicated in the preceding release (https://finance.yahoo.com/news/pubrelco-announces-interview-dr-r-151000979.html) the primary contaminants in the current combustion of fossil fuels, such as carbon monoxide, hydro carbons, and others, are combustible.  There is clear evidence that the temperature of the current combustion is insufficient for these contaminants to burn. In view of this, our HyperCombustion consists of the following three stages: Stage 1, consisting of conventional combustion; Stage 2, consisting of the combustion at a flame temperature sufficient to burn carbon monoxide and hydro carbons with ensuing increase of the energy output and the possible elimination of catalytic converters, scrubbers and other equipment used to eliminate from the exhaust un-burned fuel; and Stage 3, consisting of the activation of effects deriving from nuclear reactions with consequential significant increase of the flame temperature and energy output.

"To test these three stages, we had to build a basically new combustion set up consisting of a conventional electric generator operating on fossil fuels and a new power unit allowing the controlled increase of the spark voltage and amperes. (see the paper in print at a refereed chemistry journal http://thunder-energies.com//docs/TEC-HyperCombustion-2019.pdf)

"Under the eye witnessing of  the independent  technicians Jeffrey Jenkins , Brian Buckley, and Larry Quick, and under a number of measuring apparatus, the tests conducted from April 8 to 18, 2019, provided evidence on the possibility of industrial development, under proper funding and due time, of our novel HyperCombustion, illustrated by various measurements as well as by the condition of the spark plug of the electric generator that: for Stage 1, had a conventional discoloration; for Stage 2  there was a distinct increase of discoloration, revolutions per minutes and energy output; and, for Stage 3, there was the melting of the tips of the spark plug jointly with a rapid increase of the revolutions per minutes and energy output. Consequently, the industrial development for Stage 2 appears recommendable for the improvement of the combustion of any type of engine operated on fossil fuels due to an increase of energy output while significantly decreasing the release of combustible contaminants in the environment.

"Due to its very high temperatures, Stage 3 is recommended for our HyperFurnaces built with special refractive material for maximum energy output of fossil fuels while achieving no release of combustible contaminants or harmful radiations in the environment. Depending on available funds, we plan on conducting systematic chemical analyses of the original fossil fuels used in the tests; their combustion exhaust; the electric energy produced in each stage; and other tests. It is important to add that, in the event additional funds are available, our HyperFurnaces could be completed with currently available technologies such as molecular seeving for the removal from the exhaust of inert green-house gases, such as carbon dioxide."
