Rayonier Advanced Materials Announces Second Quarter 2019 Dividend on the Company's Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock

RYAM announced today that the Company's board of directors has declared a second quarter cash dividend of $2.00 per share of Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock of the Company. The dividend is payable on May 15, 2019 to preferred stockholders of record on May 1, 2019.
