• Jinal Shah, principal, Shah Menon & Co. With past roles as VP of e-commerce marketing at Newell Brands NWL and global digital director for WPP's J. Walter Thompson advertising agency, Shah is a highly sought-after expert in helping small to mid-sized companies build their marketing and e-commerce capability.
