NEW YORK, Feb. 27, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Guy Zipori, CEO and Co-Founder of Skyline AI, an artificial intelligence asset manager for commercial real estate, won the Rising Star Award at Real Estate Finance & Investment Magazine's Commercial Real Estate 20 Awards 2019. The Commercial Real Estate 20 awards honors achievement among investment companies and private equity funds focusing on middle market transactions as well as the industry's rising stars. This latest honor comes just weeks after Skyline AI was named to CB Insights' AI 100 List of Most Innovative Artificial Intelligence Startups.

The Rising Star Award honors outstanding individuals across all facets of the commercial real estate industry, including investors, lenders, brokers, advisors, lawyers, and technology specialists. The individuals nominated all had less than seven years of experience and demonstrated the ability to source deals, negotiate transactions, figure out solutions to problems faced by individual clients, or identify and help solve problems facing the broader commercial real estate industry. The judges, a panel of seasoned industry experts, also considered factors including the individual's impact on their firm, their clients and the broader market.

"It's an honor to win the Rising Star Award at Real Estate Finance & Investment Magazine's Commercial Real Estate 20 Awards 2019," said Guy Zipori, Co-Founder and CEO of Skyline AI. "Since entering the commercial real estate space in late 2017, my partners and I have led Skyline AI into partnerships with industry giants including DWS, JLL, and Greystone Labs in order to bring advanced technology into the commercial real estate investment process. We built Skyline AI to redefine risk and opportunity in order to change the way we invest in real estate, and to unlock billions of dollars in hidden value."

Guy Zipori, Co-Founder and CEO of Skyline AI, is a serial tech entrepreneur who mastered code at 14 and founded his first tech company at 16. Prior to founding Skyline AI with his partners in 2017, Guy co-founded and served as CEO of StreamRail which was acquired by ironSource in 2016. Before StreamRail, Guy co-founded and operated as CTO for Visionize, which was acquired by AVG Technologies AVG in 2011.
