- Customers looking to file a claim can now do so through the new "first-notice-of-loss" online claim form. In addition to providing notification of a claim, customers can upload documents and photos from either their phone or desktop computer to simplify the reporting process.

The release of the new website is also coordinated to feature the Company's newly revised business unit reporting structure, which was effective January 1, 2019. This new structure better aligns people and business along their area of specialty.
