SNCR, a global leader and innovator of cloud, messaging, digital and IoT products and platforms, today announced it has appointed Joseph Crivelli as Vice President, Investor Relations (IR). Crivelli will bring 22 years of industry experience to the role, as Synchronoss underlines its commitment to delivering shareholder value to new and existing investors.

Prior to joining Synchronoss, Crivelli held senior IR in-house and agency roles serving a host of leading technology, financial services and manufacturing companies. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at BOK Financial Corporation. His many accomplishments include being named to Institutional Investor Magazine's All-America Executive Team for investor relations in the midcap banking sector for 2016, 2017, and 2018.
