NEW YORK, Dec. 11, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Wix.com Ltd. WIX today launched Ascend by Wix ("Ascend"), a suite of 20 products that lets entrepreneurs start, manage and promote a business directly from the Wix web development platform.

Ascend allows entrepreneurs, solopreneurs and small business owners to easily connect with customers. Users can promote their sites, manage customer interactions across channels, run professional marketing campaigns and capture leads helping them convert traffic to sales. Ascend includes: a chat-centric interface that allows for real-time interactions with customers, the ability to automatically respond to queries, an array of intuitive SEO tools, and the ability to create unique content to engage customers through social media channels.

Ascend will be billed as an additional subscription for Wix customers with tiered pricing to fit the growth of small businesses.
