Sean Walker Named Group President for General Mills Asia & Latin America

MINNEAPOLIS, Dec. 11, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- General Mills today announced that Sean Walker has been named Group President of General Mills' Asia & Latin America segment effective February 1, 2019. Walker will report to Jeff Harmening, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and will join the company's global senior leadership team. Walker was most recently Senior Vice President, Strategy for the company, and has been responsible for transitioning the Blue Buffalo Pet Food business into General Mills.

Christina Law, current Group President, Asia & Latin America will be leaving General Mills at the end of February 2019.

Walker is a twenty-nine-year veteran of General Mills with extensive experience building businesses and organizations across multiple countries and served as President of General Mills Latin America from 2009 to 2015. Prior to joining General Mills, Walker worked for the Hershey Company and Nestle.
