Puration Inc Initiates Order with Co-Packer and Partner Alkame Holdings For All New Beverage For Cannabis Sector

DALLAS, Oct. 30, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- -- via OTC PR WIRE -- Puration, Inc. PURA today announced initiating its first order with co-packer and partner Alkame Holdings, Inc. ALKM, for an all new cannabis sector beverage.  The order is to fulfill the initial production of a new beverage business Puration is acquiring.  Puration recently announced a letter of intent regarding the pending acquisition and today, management indicates the acquisition is imminent.  "The name of the target acquisition has been kept under wraps for reasons that will soon be clear," said Brian Shibley, CEO of Puration.  "Alkame has been instrumental in the design of our first cannabis sector beverage, EVERx. We have long been in the works with Alkame on this second beverage we are today initiating the order on to produce.  Alkame is instrumental in the formulation."
