Taylor is filling the position held by Mike Volpi, who is stepping down following more than six years of service.

Taylor serves as Chief Accounting Officer of Facebook and has more than 20 years of corporate financial experience. Additionally, she oversaw accounting policy for Yahoo! and spent 13 years with PwC advising technology companies on financial transactions and accounting issues.
