Lexington Realty Trust Announces quarterly Common Share Dividend

NEW YORK, Sept. 13, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lexington Realty Trust LXP ("Lexington"), a real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on single-tenant real estate investments, today announced that it declared a regular common share/unit dividend/distribution for the quarter ending September 30, 2018 of $0.1775 per common share/unit payable on or about October 15, 2018 to common shareholders/unitholders of record as of September 28, 2018. 

Lexington also declared a cash dividend of $0.8125 per share of Series C Cumulative Convertible Preferred Stock ("Series C Preferred Shares") for the quarter ending September 30, 2018, which is payable on or about November 15, 2018, to holders of Series C Preferred Shares of record as of October 31, 2018.
