Joining the Company are Lori Schultz, Chief Operating Officer, Volt Workforce Solutions and Lauren Griffin, Senior Vice President, Specialty Solutions Group, Volt Workforce Solutions.

"Perhaps the most important part of our effort to strengthen and grow Volt is to have the requisite talent in place to lead our organization. I am pleased to announce that we have attracted world-class talent to propel this Company forward and drive results," said Linda Perneau, Volt's Interim President & CEO. "Lori and Lauren are proven industry leaders with demonstrated success in building strong teams, driving revenue and producing positive outcomes. Lori Schultz, Chief Operating Officer, Volt Workforce Solutions — Ms. Schultz joins Volt at the height of her successful career spanning 25 years in the global staffing industry, most recently with Pontoon. Lauren Griffin, Senior Vice President, Specialty Solutions Group, Volt Workforce Solutions — Ms. Griffin has over 25 years of significant experience leading sales and operations in the staffing industry, primarily with Adecco. She began her career at Tad Resources International, which was acquired by Adecco. Ms. Griffin enjoyed success that earned her successive roles of increasing responsibility in sales and operations. Most recently, she was the Senior Vice President, North Central Division, where she led sales, account management, recruitment and operations for a business that delivered $825 million in revenue and had over 500 employees across 15 states focused on commercial staffing, central delivery, and on-site operations.
