EA Markets LLC provided financial advisory and arranging services for Third Point Reinsurance Ltd.'s inaugural Unsecured Revolving Credit and Letter of Credit Facility of $200 million.

EA Markets was engaged by Third Point Reinsurance Ltd. TPRE to serve as Financial Advisor and Arranger on TPRE's inaugural $200,000,000 Unsecured Credit Facility. TPRE, through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, writes specialty property and casualty reinsurance business, and substantially all of TPRE's investable assets are managed by Third Point LLC as investment manager. The facility provides for the issuance of letters of credit to support its reinsurance business, and was led by a club syndicate of three lenders. EA Markets assisted TPRE in arranging, structuring and negotiating the facility.
