BCB Bancorp, Inc. Declares Cash Dividend of $0.14 Per Share

BAYONNE, N.J., July 13, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BCB Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company"), Bayonne, NJ BCBP, the holding company for BCB Community Bank (the "Bank"), today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 per share. The dividend will be payable August 20, 2018, to common shareholders of record on August 6, 2018.  

"Our continued solid financial performance provides us with the opportunity to pay a cash dividend to our common stock shareholders, while still maintaining a strong capital position to support growth," stated Thomas Coughlin, President and Chief Executive Officer.
