She has extensive expertise in brand management/awareness, emerging market & event strategy, and digital marketing penetration programs to drive results. She is skilled in building and leading inclusive, diverse teams for startups and Fortune 500 companies alike.

Before joining Chime, Ms. Kaegi started her real estate career in 2004 when she led the marketing efforts for one of the largest brokerages in the southwest, Realty Executives Phoenix, which was one of the top 10 in the country for sales volumes totaling over 25,000 transactions and $10 billion annually.  Prior to that, she worked as the regional marketing director for Academy Mortgage Corporation and as the Director of Regional Sales for realtor.com, where her notable accomplishment was building the first Arizona sales division.
