C.R. Gibson, LLC Announces Acquisition of Fitlosophy, Inc.

C.R. Gibson, LLC, a CSS Industries, Inc. CSS company, announced today that it completed the acquisition of substantially all of the business and assets of Fitlosophy, Inc. Founded by Angela Mader, Fitlosophy is devoted to creating, marketing, and distributing innovative products that inspire people to develop healthy habits by focusing on effective goal-setting through journaling. Over the past ten years, Fitlosophy has grown from a single product (fitbook™) to a leading lifestyle brand, with a complete line of fitness and wellness planning products all sold under the fitlosophy™ and live life fit™ brands. Currently, Fitlosophy's products can be found in various mass market retailers, such as Target, Walgreens and CVS, as well as online.

C.R. Gibson will continue to design, market, distribute and sell products under the fitlosophy™, live life fit™, and fitbook™ brands. Angela Mader will serve as Vice President, Fitlosophy Brands, and will remain based in Fitlosophy's design and marketing office located in Newport Beach, California.
