(www.argusworldwide.com) confirmed  today that the Company plans to exploit the design, development, manufacturing, marketing and servicing know-how and industrial experience of Tejovat Technologies Pvt Ltd (www.tejovat.com)  in its quest to offer a unique smartphone as a landing platform for its Cyber Junky aggregator. The Company recently announced that it had signed a Memorandum of Understanding to acquire India based engineering firm Tejovat in a transaction which is scheduled to close over the next 30 days.

A spokesperson for the Company says that "While it is fully understandable that the Cyber Junky community will be loading the CJ aggregator on a broad range of desktop, portable and mobile hardware, we see our proprietary mobile smartphone as a strategic and cost effective way of building out the Cyber Junky brand."
