FIS Announces Pricing of Senior Notes Offering

FIS™, FIS, a global leader in financial services technology, today announced the pricing of its sale of $400 million in aggregate principal amount of 4.25% Senior Notes due 2028 and $600 million in aggregate principal amount of 4.75% Senior Notes due 2048 (collectively, the "Senior Notes"). FIS intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay a portion of the approximately $1.275 billion principal amount outstanding as of May 11, 2018 under its revolving credit facility (together with accrued interest thereon). In addition, FIS intends to issue a notice of redemption for the entire $750 million aggregate principal amount of its 2.850% senior notes due October 2018 on the date of settlement of this offering, which FIS intends to fund with borrowings under its revolving credit facility. The offering is expected to close on May 16, 2018, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
