Eaton Named Among America's Best Employers by Forbes

Power management company Eaton earned a spot on Forbes' 2018 list of America's Best Employers.

Almost 30,000 employees at companies with at least 1,000 people were surveyed to compile the list of America's Best Employers. Participation in the survey was voluntary, and respondents were recruited from thousands of sources to maximize reach and representation. Survey participants were asked to rank their employer on 30 criteria, how likely they were to recommend their employer to someone else and how they feel about other employers in their industry.
