Regal Beloit Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend Increase of 8%

BELOIT, Wis., April 30, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Mark J. Gliebe, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Regal Beloit Corporation RBC, announced that the Board of Directors, at its regular quarterly meeting held on April 30, 2018, declared a dividend of $0.28 per share. The dividend represents an 8% increase and is payable on July 13, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 29, 2018. The company has paid a dividend every quarter since January 1961.
