APS to Issue Resource RFPs

Arizona Public Service Company (APS) plans to issue multiple RFPs in the next several months as part of a comprehensive effort to meet its resource needs beginning in the early 2020s. APS will seek competitive proposals for peaking-capacity needs, Arizona forest bioenergy solutions, and battery retrofit opportunities for APS-owned solar facilities. More specific information about each of the solicitations will be released in the coming weeks.
