iMining to Resume Trading

VANCOUVER, British Columbia , April 19, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- iMining Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Inc. PPP) IMIN the "Company") announces that it has received final acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange covering its change of business ("COB"), name change and related transactions.

Effective at the opening on Friday, April 20, 2018, the common shares of iMining Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Inc. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of Parlane Resource Corp. will be delisted.

Full details of the COB, and of the Company's management, share capital structure, new business and risk factors following closing of the COB, are contained in the Company's Filing Statement dated April 4, 2018, which has been filed under the Company's SEDAR profile at www.sedar.com.

There is no consolidation or change in the share capital of the Company. Shareholders are not required to exchange their existing share certificates for new certificates bearing the new company name and Company shares held electronically in Direct Registration System will be booked automatically.

The Company's new CUSIP number is 45250F108 and its new ISIN number is CA45250F1080.
