S&P Dow Jones Indices Announces Changes to the S&P/TSX Canadian Indices

Pure Industrial Real Estate Trust (PIRET) – Deletion from S&P/TSX Composite Index

TORONTO, April 12, 2018 /CNW/ - S&P Dow Jones Indices Canadian Index Services will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Canadian Indices:  

The unitholders of Pure Industrial Real Estate Trust - PIRET AAR have agreed to the terms of a Plan of Arrangement with Blackstone Property Partners whereby PIRET will be acquired for a cash consideration of $CDN8.10 per unit. PIRET will be removed from all indices where it is a constituent prior to the open of trading on Tuesday, April 17, 2018.
