Kuznicki's experience includes a series of domestic and international roles with Adient plc/Johnson Controls International plc, most recently serving as VP & Deputy General Counsel of Adient, the public spin-off of the automotive business unit, managing a team in Wisconsin, Michigan, Brazil, Germany and China. He earned his Juris Doctorate and BA in Political Science and studies in Business from Indiana University, Bloomington.
