BELOIT, WI / ACCESSWIRE / February 26, 2018 / Blackhawk Bancorp, Inc. BHWB reports that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend on the Company's common stock. Shareholders of record as of March 9, 2018 will be paid a dividend of $0.08 per share on March 23, 2018. This amounts to $0.32 per share on an annual basis and is the fifteenth consecutive quarterly dividend declared by the company.
