Frontier Names Roy Labrador National Vice President of Channel Partners Program

Frontier Communications Corporation FTR has announced that Roy Labrador, a telecommunications expert with more than 25 years of experience in small, medium, and enterprise sales, has been named National Vice President of its Channel Partners Program.
