Kimco Realty Announces Quarterly Cash Dividends on Common and Preferred Shares

Kimco Realty Corp. KIM announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.28 per common share, payable on April 16, 2018 to shareholders of record on April 3, 2018.

The company also announced that its board of directors has declared quarterly dividends for the company's preferred shares, payable on April 16, 2018 to shareholders of record on April 2, 2018, as follows:

  • Class I depositary shares, each representing 1/1000 of a share of 6.00% Class I cumulative redeemable preferred shares, a quarterly dividend of $0.37500 per preferred depositary share.
  • Class J depositary shares, each representing 1/1000 of a share of 5.50% Class J cumulative redeemable preferred shares, a quarterly dividend of $0.34375 per preferred depositary share.
  • Class K depositary shares, each representing 1/1000 of a share of 5.625% Class K cumulative redeemable preferred shares, a quarterly dividend of $0.35156 per preferred depositary share.
  • Class L depositary shares, each representing 1/1000 of a share of 5.125% Class L cumulative redeemable preferred shares, a quarterly dividend of $0.32031 per preferred depositary share.
  • Class M depositary shares, each representing 1/1000 of a share of 5.25% Class M cumulative redeemable preferred shares, an initial dividend of $0.419270 per preferred depositary share representing the period from December 20, 2017 through and including April 14, 2018.
