BLUE BELL, Pa., Jan. 15, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Unisys Corporation UIS said today that it will release its fourth-quarter and full-year 2017 financial results on Thursday, February 8, 2018 after the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange. Following the release, Unisys will host a conference call with the financial community from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss the results.
