Ally Financial Declares Dividend on Common Stock

DETROIT, Jan. 11, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Ally Financial Inc. ALLY declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per share of the company's common stock, payable on February 15, 2018 to shareholders of record on February 1, 2018.  Consistent with the company's 2017 CCAR capital plan, the dividend reflects a $0.01 per share increase relative to Ally's prior quarterly cash dividend.
