Castle Holding Corp. Announces Completion of Corporate Name Change and Symbol Change to Enerkon Solar International, Inc. (Symbol: ENKS)

FREEPORT, NY / ACCESSWIRE / January 3, 2018 / Castle Holding Corp. ENKS today announces that it has completed a corporate name change to Enerkon Solar International, Inc. (the "Company") and changed its symbol to ENKS. The Market Effective Date for the name and symbol change was November 3, 2017.

The name and symbol change do not affect the rights of the Company stockholders. Our current stockholders will not need to exchange their current stock certificates, as the stock certificates reflecting our prior corporate name will continue to be valid.

The Company believes this is the first step in a change of corporate direction as the Company intends to enter the fast-growing solar energy field. More specific information on this new plan and direction is expected to be released over the next 30 to 60 days.

It is also expected that the Company will have experienced management changes to facilitate the entry into this exciting new developing area of green technology.
