EULESS, Texas, Dec. 20, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- U.S. Concrete, Inc. USCR ("U.S. Concrete" or the "Company"), a leading supplier of ready-mixed concrete and aggregates in active construction markets across the country, today announced the acquisition of Junction-based ready-mixed concrete producer Cherokee Bridge and Road Inc. ("Cherokee") in West Texas. Cherokee, which serves the counties of Kimble and Menard through its three ready-mixed concrete plants, will become part of the Company's Ingram Concrete LLC subsidiary.
